Does the Growth plan include Slack integration and custom roles?
Customer
Hi team, we're upgrading from Starter and need to confirm two things before billing approves it: does the Growth plan include the Slack integration, and can we configure custom roles for our workspace admins?
AI draft · grounded in 4 sources
EditableYes, both are included on the Growth plan. Slack integration is available out of the box and can be connected from Settings → Integrations → Slack. Custom roles are available for workspace admins, with permissions managed under Settings → Roles & Permissions.

A focused product, not a kitchen-sink platform
SupportGraph does six things really well, and stays honest about everything else.
The SupportGraph knowledge layer
Docs, website pages, FAQs, PDFs, and prior tickets are normalized into a single product knowledge layer. Entities and relationships are extracted automatically so the system can reason, not just match.
Ticket copilot workflow
When a ticket arrives, SupportGraph surfaces context, drafts a reply, and shows the sources behind it. Your agent reviews, edits, and approves before anything goes out.
Source-backed answer generation
Every draft cites the exact passages it relied on. Citations are inline so reviewers can verify the answer without leaving the inbox.
Knowledge graph reasoning
Plans gate features. Features depend on permissions. Permissions live with roles. The graph captures these structures so the AI does not have to guess them.
Human approval workflow
No AI reply leaves the system without a teammate approving it. Edits are saved as feedback so the next draft is sharper.
Documentation gap detection
When sources do not cover a question, SupportGraph flags it. You see exactly what to write next instead of guessing what the docs are missing.
The structural memory of your product
A product knowledge graph encodes the relationships AI needs to reason about your plans, features, and policies. It is what keeps source-backed replies grounded as your product evolves.
- Entities for plans, features, errors, policies, integrations
- Relations for gates, limits, prerequisites, and remediation
- Live updates as new sources are ingested
- Traversal joined with vector retrieval at draft time
